It only tooses softballs about 30" so I had to modify the mechine (by adding a second spring) to get it to toss softballs to the 120" I was looking for... it was easy to modify by removing the cover and replacing the two spring bolts with longer ones and then adding a spring... all parts where available at the local hardware store (note the upper bolt is metric and lower is standers). The modifcation works great but you can tell it puts a strain on the motor and battery... time will tell how long it will last... next I will replace the motor... good luck :)
