I tend to agree with other reviews -- this is a pretty good quality ladder and using a ladder for our soccer practices helps a lot. The kids enjoy it and I think it helps with mind-body quickness a lot, along with general agility.
This ladder is actually pretty useful in that it comes apart. I use it in two sections with different drills on each section.
The only thing I'd add is I do have one rung that broke from being stepped on. I don't think it's really due to this being cheaply made, but it's not as durable as it could be. Kind of a middle ground I'd say. Still, a good value and I'd recommend it.Get more detail about Speed Agility Ladder 30ft.
