I love this product(amazon also had the most competitive price), however after just a couple of months of use, this product hasn't sustained well. My son is only 3 yrs old and has not used this product in unintended fashion. First the screws came off and I had to make a trip to home dept to buy more sturdy metal screws. Then the basket keeps coming off because the snaps that go into the back board came loose. Untimately it broke off. Does anyone know if there's a replacement part I can order for this?
