First, this is a very nice hoop and I am overall pleased with it. However, you need 2 to 3 people to assemble and there is a step in the directions where the incorrect hole is shown where you attatch the adjustable arms to the pole. Once we bagged the directions and used sense, it was much easier to assemble. I wish the manufacurer would revise the directions and maybe include an instructional DVD.
